USEFUL INFORMATION
We love animals and care about their needs. However, we are sorry to inform you that for organisational and hygiene reasons animals are not permitted at Hotel Europa & Dependance.
Tourist tax is €2,00/person/day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. Tourist tax will be applied for a period of maximum 10 nights (consecutive) and must be paid at the hotel.
Discounts for children:
Family plan: 2 adults (paying 2 full rates) + 1 or 2 children according to the following discounts:
- 0 - 1,99 years old: 80%. Cot/travel cot: for free and upon request.
- 2 - 8,99 years old: 50%
- 9 - 11,99 years old: 30%
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Deposit
Reservations are only confirmed after the payment of a deposit, equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
The deposit must be paid within 3 days of the booking confirmation, by:

Payment methods
The remaining balance can be paid by:
- Credit card (excluding Diners and AmericanExpress)
- Bank transfer (payment must be made before your arrival at the hotel)
- Cash (according to the text of the law). For higher amounts, or for the difference, the balance must be made up by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Unforeseen events can always happen and the cancellation of a holiday is unpleasant for both parties. That is why we apply the following cancellation policies.
- Up to 22 days before arrival: free cancellation
- From 21 days to 1 day before arrival: cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained by the hotel.
N.B.: The deposit will be refunded if restrictive governmental measures preventing the free movement of people within the national and/or local territory are in place during the period of stay.
- In case of no-show, early departure or late arrival: 100% of the amount of the nights booked.
