Guests of the Alpen Park apartments receive a 10% discount on meals at the Hotel Europa & Dependance restaurant.
Smoking is not permitted in all apartments and public areas.
We love animals and care about their needs. However, for organisational and hygiene reasons animals are not permitted at the Alpen Park Residence.
People who do not appear on the booking are not permitted to stay at the apartment.
Extras:
The local tourist tax, equal to €1.00/person/day, will be added to the advertised prices. Children under the age of 14 and tourists staying at the residence for a period of more than 10 nights (consecutive) are exempt from this extra charge. Tourist tax must be paid at the residence.
Check-in and check-out
The apartments are available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival until 9:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Deposit
When you check in at Hotel Europa & Dependance, at Via Nazionale 13, you will be asked to pay the balance of your booking, the tourist tax and a deposit of €200.00, which will be returned upon departure if the apartment passes the inspection. A deposit of € 20 will be requested for the garage remote control.

To confirm your booking, you will be required to pay a 30% deposit. The amount can be charged at any time after booking. The deposit must be paid within 3 days of the booking confirmation, by

Payment methods
The remaining balance can be paid by:
- Credit card (except Diners and American Express).
- Bank transfer (payment must be made before your arrival at the hotel).
- Cash for amounts totalling up to €1.999.99. Any excess must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Unforeseen events can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties, therefore, we consider it fair to apply the following cancellation policies:
DEPOSIT 30% ON CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING refundable up to 30 days before arrival
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
N.B.: The deposit will be refunded if restrictive governmental measures preventing the free movement of people within the national and/or local territory are in place during the period of stay.
